COFFEE BRANDY DRINK RECIPES

CHOCOLATE BLACK RUSSIAN:  1 oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, 1 oz. S.S. Pierce Vodka, 5 oz. chocolate ice cream.   Mix in Blender.

POLAR BEACH:  1 oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, 3 oz. milk, ½ oz. Allen’s Peppermint Schnapps, ½ oz. S.S. Pierce Vodka.  Serve on ice.

BLACK DEATH:  1 oz. Allen’s Butterscotch Schnapps & 1 oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy & ½ oz. Rum or  ¼ oz. 151 proof rum.

EYE OPENER:  ½ oz. Allen’s Blue Curacao, 1 oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, 1 oz. Allen’s White Crème De Cacao, 1.5 oz. Rum.  Shake and strain.

COFFEE ALEXANDER:  2 oz. Allen’ Coffee Brandy,  2 oz. S.S. Pierce Vodka,  2 oz. Allen’s Crème de Cacao.   Serve on ice, or strain.

PEPPERMINT TWIST:   1 oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, 1 oz. Allen’s Brown Crème de Cacao, 1 oz. Allen’s Peppermint Schnapps.  Serve on ice, or strain.

APRES SKI:  1 oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, 1 oz. Allen’s Peppermint Schnapps, 1 oz. Allen’s White Crème de Cacao.  Serve on ice, or strain over crushed ice.

MINT CHIP:  Equal parts Allen’s Coffee Brandy and Allen’s Peppermint Schnapps.  Serve on ice.

ROASTED TOASTED ALMOND:  ¾ oz. Allen’s Amaretto, ¾ oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, ¾ oz. S.S. Pierce Vodka,  ¾ oz. cream.  Serve on ice, or strain.

GIRL SCOUT COOKIE:  2 oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, 1 oz. Allen’s Peppermint Schnapps, 2 oz. light cream.  Serve on ice, or strain.

JAMAICA HOP:  1 OZ. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, 1 oz. Allen’s White crème de Cacao and 1 oz. cream.  Shake with ice, and strain.

CAFÉ CARA:  1 oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, 1 oz. Allen’s Triple Sec, ½ oz. cream.  Shake with ice, and strain.

ALLEN’S RUSSIAN:  Equal parts Allen’s Coffee Brandy and S.S. Pierce Vodka.

ALLEN’S WHITE RUSSIAN:  Equal parts Allen’s Coffee Brandy, S.S. Pierce Vodka and milk (or light cream).

ALLEN’S SOMBRERO:  Equal parts Allen’s Coffee Brandy and milk (or cream).

ALLEN’S KICK:  Equal parts Allen’s Coffee Brandy and S. S. Pierce Dark Rum.  Serve on ice.

HOT COFFEE DRINKS

COFFEE SUPREME:  Hot coffee with Allen’s Coffee Brandy, topped with whipped cream.

CAFÉ AMARETTO:  Hot coffee with ½ oz Allen’s Amaretto and ½ oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy.  Top with whipped cream.

MOCHA HAND WARMER:  Hot coffee with ½ oz. Allen’s Amaretto, ½ oz. Allen’s Coffee Brandy, and ½ oz. Allen’s Crème de Cacao.  Top with whipped cream.

HOT MINT CHIP:  Hot coffee with Allen’s Coffee Brandy and Allen’s Peppermint Schnapps.

HOT CHOCOLATE DRINKS

HOT CHOCOLATE MOCHA:  Hot chocolate with Allen’s Coffee Brandy.  Top with whipped cream.

HOT MINT COCOA:  Hot chocolate with Allen’s Coffee Brandy and Allen’s Peppermint Schnapps.
